Terms of use

Version 2026-11-04.1. These terms are between you and the owner of Ownflow named in the aviso legal.

Your licence

You may install Ownflow on your own Macs and use it. The licence is personal, free and non-exclusive, and it doesn't transfer. Don't sell, rent or redistribute the app, and don't remove its notices. Parts of Ownflow come from other projects and stay under their own licences.

Provided as is

Ownflow is provided as is, without any warranty. It can make mistakes in what it transcribes, writes or pastes. Check the text before you rely on it. As far as the law allows, the owner isn't liable for loss that comes from using the app. Nothing here takes away rights that the law gives you as a consumer and doesn't let a contract remove.

Recording other people

Tell people before you record them. The app doesn't tell them. You decide when to record, and you are responsible for having the other people's agreement where the law asks for it. You can pause, stop and discard, or drop the other person's channel.

Invited accounts

Meetings and cloud features are invite-only for now. An invitation can end, and a cloud feature can change or stop. What each feature sends is in the privacy notice.

Changes

When these terms change, the new version is on this page with a new version number.

Law

Spanish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law where you live.
